OEM Design, Prototype Assembly & Pilot Run

As part of MCE contract manufacturing methodology, prototype assembly and pilot run is critical to understanding unique manufacturing challenges for a specific OEM appliance product and validating the manufacturing process that has been tailored for that product.

In addition to defining the manufacturing process that works best, we work with customers in providing OEM design for manufacturing (DFM) analysis with the goal of identifying opportunities for product enhancements and cost reduction.
