Return and Refund Policy

MCE inspects and tests every product and part prior to leaving our warehouse. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, please email your account sales representative or call 888-733-4400 for a Return Material Authorization (RMA) within three (3) calendar days of the receipt of the product.

The product must be returned to the MCE warehouse within five (5) business days of the issuance of the RMA. All products must be properly packed to avoid damage in shipment. You must return the product with all the original packing and documentation. MCE cannot credit incomplete returns. Please place your RMA number of the outside of the box to expedite your return.

MCE recommends that you (1) use a carrier that offers shipment tracking for all returns and (2) either insure your package for safe return to MCE or declare the full value of the shipment so that you are completely protected if the shipment is lost or damaged in transit. If you choose not to (1) use a carrier that offers tracking and (2) insure or declare the full value of the product, you will be responsible for any loss or damage to the product during shipment.

Please note MCE does not permit the return of or offer refunds for software products that have been opened.

Most MCE products are covered under a 6 month warranty. If the product you purchased from MCE is defective and you would like a warranty exchange, please reference the Warranty Section of our web site.
