Shipping/Warehouse Clerk

Position Description:

MCE has an immediate opening for a full-time shipping/warehouse clerk who will be responsible for packing and shipping of materials from MCE to domestic and international customers, vendors, and partners. Perform general warehouse duties as required.

Duties:
  • Properly pack work orders for domestic and international shipment.
  • Accurately process invoices, custom forms, and shipping documents.
  • Manage shipping logs for Federal Express, DHL, and UPS.
  • Manage and order packing materials.
  • Perform general warehouse duties such as receiving, stocking, and staging.
Required Skills:
  • 3 years of domestic and international shipping experience, preferably in the IT industry.
  • Experience packing or crating computer systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to perform general warehouse duties.
  • Must be able to lift weights up to 50 lbs.
  • Technical aptitude in understanding basic computer functions.
  • Self motivation with a desire to achieve success.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must be willing to work overtime, often on short notice.
Education:
  • High School or equivalent
