Warranty

MCE warranties reflect the confidence we have in the solutions we sell. MCE will test, refurbish and warranty all equipment that goes through our facility. Our standard warranty reflects our promise of quality with MCE support during the full term of the manufacturer’s warranty on all new systems, components, and parts, and 6 months on refurbished.

For Computer Systems:

  • Most new systems sold by MCE are delivered with a standard 3 year warranty
  • Warranty includes replacement parts and technical support
  • Replacement parts are sent next day Federal Express Priority 1
  • Service for standard warranty is available Monday through Friday, 8-5 PST
  • MCE offers service contracts to extend warranties, with three alternatives offered, including Parts Care, On-site Care and Mission Critical Care

For Network Products and systems:

  • All Cisco products sold by MCE are delivered with a minimum 30 day warranty
  • Warranty includes replacement parts and technical support
  • Replacement parts are sent next day Federal Express Priority 1
  • Service for standard warranty is available Monday through Friday, 8-5 PST

Service contracts to extend warranties are also available, including Parts Care, On-site Care and Mission Critical Care.

 

MCE provides IT system, IT storage and IT network integration solutions and infrastructure services including IT hardware, IT software, processors, monitors, hard drives, motherboards, graphic cards, memory, controller cards, power supply and accessories.
