IT Hardware Integration – MCE functions as a manufacturer, in the service and support of your IT solutions, including providing full warranty and Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMAs). MCE builds your custom solution, tests it, ships it and then follows up as needed. Most Value Added Resellers will sell the system and then turn it over to a manufacturer to support.
